RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with you purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Returns received after 14 days of delivery date will not be accepted. Please contact us to confirm the availability of your desired exchange item, so that we can reserve it for you.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective or an error was made on our behalf. The total purchase price will be refunded less shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only new items are eligible for refunds and exchanges. If you received any promotion such as free shipping or discounted shipping, the full cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Thrift items and fragrances are FINAL SALE, and are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange. Thrift items are described in detail so that you will know exactly what you are getting. Please be sure to click on the "click to view details" link located under each item for a complete product description.
Items purchased from our ebay store are subject to the policy set forth under the ebay listings.
If an item that has been ordered is no longer available,you will be refunded both the purchase price and the shipping cost for that item.
Please allow up to five business days after your return has been received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
